Part of what it means to be human is to practice ‘tikkun olam’ - Hebrew for repairing (perfecting) the world. Part of what it means to be human is to be a moral person. It is immoral to ignore the children of Lazarus. Lazarus is Aramaic for the Hebrew Eliezar and means ‘God Helps’. We are the hands and feet of God in the earth if we choose to be. - I hope you enjoy my poem in the photo design post!
