After establishing herself in fashion for many years, she was inspired to paint once more. She took a screenprinting class and became hooked! With the ubiquitous digital image taking centre stage and the decline of the printed photograph, Charlie (a british artist based in Montpellier, France) presents the printed photograph as a thin receipt or a fossil…a half truth, a trace, possibly a clue to the past.
