The Qwillery reviewed my novel, The Mighty, for SPFBO 2016. The only complaints were things done intentionally, and subjectively not liked (an unlovable/annoying MC, dark issues). I was down at first, focusing on the negative, but after a while I realized how positive it was overall, and that it just wasn't quite what the reviewer personally likes in a story. Ultimately, I've found it shows I accomplished exactly what I wanted to in the book. And I have to take some pride in that. I think. Maybe. Eh, I don't know.
