A pause from terrible poetry and prose...
This is a very brief summary of at least UBI aspects, and is very poorly written (I was in a mood).
We need a guaranteed universal basic income for all individuals to create equality and a vibrant economy. We need a new system to encourage sustainability, freedom and thoughtful decision-making. One proposal is to devolve from our current systems and government and taxation to a society based on fluid pluralism, where power forms small hierarchical waves which then dissipate from the base to create new hierarchies. This fluid pluralism is highly adaptable to change and unlike a capitalist democracy does not stagnate. This proposal is called Fluidity.
Fluidity uses money as quantifier of value choices as it is our most accepted communicator of value and its representation. We must see the value of money - as a reflection of our values and not mere consumer want. Fluidity utilises a Flow Siphon and Flat Payment (FSFP) to redistribute money. Instead of the usual tax on the individual or company the siphon acts upon the entire system, moving small amounts from each transaction into a sump. This is then distributed via a Flat Payment to all individuals - a guaranteed or basic universal income. This sump is redistributed to each individual at a constant amount: approx. $22,000 per annum. The monetary flow is siphoned off at 8% for real choices (buying and selling of goods and services and support of the people we choose) and 0.5% to 0.05% for high turnover gambling (trading on the FX etc.). The sump also acts as a real-time money supply regulator, collecting a surplus from overactive times and providing for the flat payment in idle times.
A small practical example of money donation. You decide to donate $20 to Oxfam. Of this $1.60 is siphoned off into the sump and Oxfam receives $18.40. That $1.60 is then distributed evenly (and at a set rate) to all individuals to the value of $22,000 per annum.
[These numbers are based on the Australian economy, and adjusted to a global scale using GDP and population as the multipliers. Further information and calculation can be found here, here and here.]
Some of the monies collected can be used to buy land and natural resources putting the land ownership under a leasehold system and small land owner payment is paid into the sump because we should compensate those for who are excluded from our land. Natural resources can be put under a liquid democracy management system that gives everyone a say in the price of all natural resources and whether or not they should be used. More information here.
