Artist, Photographer, Idiot, Lover, Learner, Teacher, Hopeful, Hapless Goddess. I take photos using available ambient light . I sometimes try to write poetry. Can't live without music and enjoy creating an atmosphere for creativity and play.
I don’t have a philosophy. I have a camera. I look into the camera and take pictures. My photographs are the tiniest part of what I see that could be photographed. They are fragments of endless possibilities.
All photos are my own work and copyrighted by me, except otherwise noted.

A fortunate life, childhood a constant parade of imaginative people who were caring, entertaining and influential. Falling asleep on a beach is a constant source of pleasure.

Dieu sollicite l'amitié des hommes, il court après nous dans les taillis et les ronces quand nous nous détournons de lui, et si nous quittons la maison, il guette notre retour.

The focal point of my photography is the unseen, the ephemeral, and the emergence of world under the mysterious and ever-changing sky.
My influences are multiple spanning from painting and sculpture, via philosophy - mainly the hermeneutics of thinkers like Heidegger, Vattimo, Gadamer, Arendt and more - to photographers as different as Eikoh Hosoe, Shomei Tomatsu, Shoji Ueda, Daido Moriyama, Masahisa Fukase, Kikuji Kawada, and Ikko to Magnum photographers.

I am a self taught American photographer with a unique style and unconventional take on selective subjects which is reflected in the creation of photographic arts using a variety of cameras, formats and lenses. Many of my favorite images are made using discarded candy tins & boxes reinvented to become simple pinhole cameras.
