THE MEN OF YESTERYEAR
Everything that lives eventually becomes it's own demise. This applies to dwellings, cities, civilizations....time knows no friends and has no foes. The only way to make things truly last is to pass the spirit and essence of something or someone on so time could then ravage that. Everything and everyone's survival is based on a perverse concern and nostalgia for memories of the future.
As our population continues to grow & oversaturate, having & rearing children is becoming less and less the primary occupation of females...allowing them to exist in what was traditionally a man's world. Both women and men have a hard time adjusting to this growing reality.
This piece is meant to incapsulate how the era of Men is slowing down and that the age of females is upon us.
