Today... I woke up at 4 am with nausea then stayed up for 5 hours then slept for 3 hours.. from noon until (4:21) I have done very little. I should have at least gotten my bass from the shop. But I didn't do that. Christmas decorations are up. Laundry is on the go. Dishes are done and Dinner for Danny is ready. I am sweaty and warm. It is loud outside and I don't want to open the patio door due to said noise. I got this wicked frog from the shop for way less than it is worth. It is like http://youtu.be/DR1MgxR8NWY but bigger. I love it so much. Last month I was told I had IBS. So I have gone on an elimination diet. No: gluten, dairy, onions, garlic, spicy foods and the other FODMAPS.
So what do I eat? Not much. I added oats to my diet. I am not sure if it is a good thing or not. I don't want to look. My abdomen still hurts a bit. But it hurts a lot less than the first month I was here in Thailand.
I can have lots of protein in the form of meets. Anything gassy is a no. I can have Macadamia nuts.
I crave Mac & Cheese with chilli. I can't have that. :( I also crave sugar!!!! Sweets in the form of gummy candies an chocolate bars. I could also go for some ice-cream.
