Two sculptures we are really proud of are standing in the hall of Nation Galleria next to the entrance. They are waiting there to make you think, as u make your step inside, how beautiful art can be...
Take a look on these lovely photos we are sharing and like them if you find them amazing!
Sculptor and designer Ann Tiukinhoy Pamintuan has a strong imagination running like the wind. At the Greenbelt Art Park in Philippines her marvelous sculptural horses were almost as real and the life energy they possess is obvious even when suspended by the silence of the space they were in. Horses were exhibited in this amazing park for six months in 2013.
The outdoor exhibit featured 13 different sculptures that depict horses in different colors and sizes, made from metal wire, stainlesssteel, cooper, galvanized iron, flat metal, and brass. The collection of sculptures is called The siblings as Ann belongs to a family of 13 siblings. Two horses we have are the part of this siblings collection.
“I support publicart,” Ann says. “We really need places like this [where everyone can view art] because [art] makes people appreciate everything that is nice and beautiful. When you expose them to art which is something different from their usual, everyday life, it gives them a different point of view. Hopefully, art will become a normal thing for them and elevate their appreciation for life.” So, ether they are in the park or inside a shopping mall they are on the right place to be seen and understand.
