My dad has told the story of his family's WWII incarceration and their return home many times to many audiences over the last couple of decades. Some of you may know my sister and I have recorded several of these presentations over the years but have never really been able to share them widely due to release rights issues and, frankly, the awkward angles, lighting, and audio of the various rooms. Well, over this last year we set out to record his story just for the purposes of making it as widely available as possible.
Here, now, we share his story in five YouTube videos (plus a bonus Q&A).
Please share widely if you are so moved.
P.S. Full disclosure: My sister did all the real work (mixing and editing and such). I mostly Nagged them to get it done and shot B Camera.
