Advanced pancakes: 1.5 C AP flour, 1.5 C milk, 3 egg yolks, 3 T sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 packet active dry yeast, 4 T unsalted butter (melted), .25 tsp vanilla extract. Warm the milk to body temp, add the sugar and yeast and rest for 5 min, mix in yolks and butter, combine dry ingredients and mix in.
