Discharge Deck #4 is a raw, minimal, brutalist, composed and improvised electronic piece, performed and recorded especially for the online Theremin Fest, (Saint-Petersburg - Russia, October 2020).
Based on chaos oriented analog machines and noisy old magnetic tapes, the piece focuses on highly overdriven signals (pulses, sine and triangle waves) making full usage of a famous Midas Venice analog mixing console feedback properties, in a strongly guitar-riff oriented manner.
Real time and audio reactive lights were performed live by french visual artist Charles Neubach.
