I wrote this partly because of what I have been through with my own health. I hope to help others from going through something similar. Although my story is much longer and more complex, I think this gives a brief introduction to what I have learnt over the years.
Listen to your body, it's very good at telling you when you're becoming out of balance. If you ignore the signs your body will just yell louder, and eventually it will find a way to make you listen. Mine sure did!
