Nisah Cheatham (@nisahnet)
I am a traveler and a foodie and a night owl ... and my photography reflects that.
I gravitate towards urban/city and street scenes, but also have a wild dream of visiting all of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Rounding out my photostream, you will definitely see nature, landscape, and even food photography.
Thank you for taking the time to visit.

This is where we share images of bridges, piers, and walkways. Old, new, railroad, car, pedestrian, rope, stone, iron, or concrete. If it was created to help humans cross a vertical gap, then let us share. Please be polite.

“Photography does not betray reality, it opens the doors of unspeakable, offers the possibility of expressing enjoyment, pain and most intimate thoughts. It is game or violence, elegance or tearing. A universal language, as an evidence.”

The focal point of my photography is the unseen, the ephemeral, and the emergence of world under the mysterious and ever-changing sky.
My influences are multiple spanning from painting and sculpture, via philosophy - mainly the hermeneutics of thinkers like Heidegger, Vattimo, Gadamer, Arendt and more - to photographers as different as Eikoh Hosoe, Shomei Tomatsu, Shoji Ueda, Daido Moriyama, Masahisa Fukase, Kikuji Kawada, and Ikko to Magnum photographers.

Practicing serendipitous photography for twenty years.
This was a daily post photo-blog for 5 years, from November 13, 2014 until November 12, 2019.
All 5 years of 1825 daily photos (no text) are archived at DropBox. This part of my Ello blog is now on sabbatical. I continue to post quirky photos, albeit sporadically. I spend 40 hours a week in healthcare and play with photography during my down time. My primary tools are a Nikon D7000, an iPhone 7+, GIMP, and caffeine. The Corona Virus has taken control of my schedule. I’m spending most of my free time making masks. I don’t expect to post much here until the crisis has been resolved.
Hi there, I'm not unfriendly... just a German. After more than 20 years living and working for advertising and art in Frankfurt, a fine art photographer who is now based in Munich. My photography is strictly under my Copyrights!

John Unwin (@junwin)
I started photography using a Russian 35mm to take pictures of my father's construction sites as well as a range of other pictures. After learning to push process and print at school, I sold theatrical and sports shots and had numerous photos appear in the college magazine.
After university, I became an engineer, which fueled my love of geometry, form, and computer graphics. I was fortunate to have done an art foundation course at Leeds College of Art and Design; my abstract works echoes the profound influence it had on my artistic work.
My current focus is on architecture, interiors, portraits and abstract work. I use a range of cameras from medium format
