"Metamorphosis" explores concepts as mutation, evolution, exclusion and exemption, to produce a modern image that crosses both the idea of human and animal, a non-time, ultimate creature, neither man nor beast that resides in two places, without belonging to any of them. It is emphasized that there is always a layer behind every human which is in scope, and it can be represented by the modern idea of the animal, and that there is no solution between these two forms, but the existence acquires the ability to pass from one form to another, without changing its nature.
"Talons à bondir" is a project which attempts to fillip and resist to the idea of beauty. Just by hacking a pair of high heels, considered to be the ultimate feminine symbol, I am trying to set the entrenched feminine figure under consideration.
"Lovers' Toes" aims to produce an ambience of warmth and intimacy. The wrinkled sheet, the warm feet and and the low light across the bed.
In this sense, it refers to the way that identity is concealed and disclosed. It comments the space that emerges between the lovers. A space both within and against social relations, to constitute a space of self-representation at once connected to and free from social norms.
