From a time lapse of the last alla prima oil I worked on, a couple of weeks ago.
I'm still at the rapid improvement stage of familiarity with this new (to me) medium.
It's exciting to do each new piece, as each one is noticeably better than the last, and feels better to do.
Sticking to life sessions for now, and getting as far as I can in a single session with one pose. This one has been sitting in my apartment, drying for the last two weeks and I may go back into it a second time.
It's a balancing act for me, when to just say goodbye to a piece and try to do better on the next one, and when to work it over more. I think this one has a chance at being better for more work.
