Greek Fire Realities
Plans are as good as promises kept.
Realities are as good as the goals met.
Between plans and realities
are lives lead as separate entities.
One entity negates the other
leaving no room for compromise.
Water may put off a fire
but what about Greek fire?
Realities are Greek fires
that defy water and suffocation.
In order to control Greek fire
you need to let go of plans set.
Plans forsaken are dreams left behind.
But realities embraced are destinies ahead.
So why hold on to what will pull you down
when you can cut rope and fly away and up!
