Temperance and Color
Reality’s hair strands are found on life’s scalp.
Experience colors them black or white and sometimes grey.
Truth is reality’s developer when mixed with circumstance’s dyes.
The result often varies depending on one’s emotional pigment.
Some hair strands need to be bleached for lighter hues
others remain dim no matter how much developer you use.
People dye their reality with feelings forgetting temperance
as their temper darkens their conducts or crisps their reality.
Change isn’t always a matter of time versus airy exposure.
Change emotionally usually means a different story
retold by a different personality with a different priority.
You can buy all the dyes, hold all the tester strands
but what you get as an end result depends on temperance.
Emotions build or fade depending on your head
or heart ruling your life and actions.
