My art is traditional cut and paste collages. All images used are found in magazines, books, newspapers and other printed media. I do not print images from the internet or from my personal digital collection. Each piece is a unique work.
My collages are very busy, intricate, detailed and full of action. Multiple stories can be found within one piece. Morality, religion, politics, sexuality, and human nature are my inspirations and I always strive for humor and obscurity. There's always something new to discover.
Thank you for stopping to take a look at my work. I hope that you leave with a smile.

I am a New York artist originally from Los Angeles. Collaging, to me, is the ultimate democratic and political art practice. It’s source material can be anything and everything available to the artist. Every choice the artist makes gives new meaning and context to the images being collaged. By exercising appropriation, an act usually limited to those with absolute power, I give meaning to the images around me instead of it being imposed on me, through the media and advertisement.
I make ancient Aztec chocolate elixir in space. I create songs using samples of the sound of one hand clapping.
Let’s collab! ⚗️

Visual artist in Copenhagen, I use digital collage as a way of Art Direction by combining elements from different worlds in one visual story.
Gouzy is a French visual artist who creates surrealist compositions. Created using an "objective hazard" strategy, Gouzy's collages feature painstakingly cut-out female body parts on brightly coloured backgrounds, enhanced by all sorts of day-to-day ojects: glasses, guns, masks, high-heels, hub caps, cameras... Animality, eroticism, and derision are at the heart of these works
With this work Gouzy offers a grotesque vision of reality, to see more clearly in this human comedy."

Helena Cardow (@helenacardow)
Helena Cardow is a twenty-three year old Londoner with a penchant for oil paints, leopard print and anything ginger-flavoured. She read MA Visual Arts and Culture, and BA Sociology at Durham University, and is currently experimenting with her personal practice.
Her work is multimedia based, ranging from collage, photography, oil painting to graphic design. As a self-taught artist, Helena explores new mediums readily, constantly seeking novel modes of self-expression. Her art explores both the personal, as well as intersectional sociological issues, such as race, feminism, gender and sexuality.

This is my vision about fairies, as creatures from natural environments mixed with unexpected objects. The isn't a real explanation behind my works, it's pure aesthetics. And everyone can find their own meanings.
