I created this series a couple of months after the 2016 Election. It was a time of sadness for me, because I was dejected about where we were as a society with the state of being a woman. So I do what clears my head, I started drawing. I wanted to draw a variety of women. There may be so many differences - but one thing remained. We are women, and united we are powerful. If men are from mars, women are from venus - and with that we take care of our own. So this was an illustration of hope, of unity, and what the future holds for our gender.
