I was a drug addict and in prison most of my life. I made the wrong decisions and it took me where I went. But as for now I’ve been clean and sober for almost 10 months. Now I'm just moving on with life and just seeing where it takes me from here. And I'm blessed to have a good job, finally. It is a union job. He actually works with me that's my nephew. We work together in the studio business. Life is wonderful, pretty much.
Those paths that you thought were the right paths, back in life wasn't the thing to do, because I believed in something, in a cause but the cause was really not that great of a cause; for my people. I fought for that for a while. It all has changed up in there because the new generation has taken over in prison so it's not about our race but about what can you do for me.
Now I go about my merry life.
I had a bunch of toys, I really don't remember them to tell you the truth. It's kind of fuzzy back then.
