(Guy talking) Basically I'm transgender so that definitely makes me different I guess, and it's inspired me in a way not to care what anyone else thinks and that I'm basically just human too. And that I can find love even because I'm different. What everyone else says, don't let anything get you down, just brush it off because at the end of the day their opinions don't matter. What’s important is how you feel about yourself. At the end of the day whatever makes you happiest is the best.
My girlfriend she got me a Build-A-Bear If I'm having a bad day or something it helps me through a lot. His name is Freddy. She put an audio recording in it and if we're apart then I just play it and it makes me feel like I'm not alone and that she's always there.
(Girl talking) Everybody always asks me how is it being in a relationship with a trans guy but I honestly feel it's the best thing that has ever happened to me. It teaches me to be more accepting and to watch the way I talk around other people just because you never know who you might be offending not meaning to. It's the impact of your word that matter not how people intend them to be. Just be caring for everybody and not just a certain group of people.
He got me a Build-A-Bear with an audio in it. We're a long distance relationship. He lives in California and I live in New York so on a hard day or something I listen to the audio message and it makes me feel less alone. It reminds me that no matter what might have happened someone loves me, even if that someone is not right next to me.
