I grew up in a very conservative family environment so I couldn't wait until I was on my own so that I could do all of the things that people constantly tell you that you can't do.
I saw others who had, throughout history and it didn't seem to hurt them. I think they were better people for doing that. And the world was a better place because of them.
So I started dressing like that from a young age and as I met other people stranger than me I realized it was OK. Sometimes I'm very conservative but most the time I'm avant–garde.
I currently have a teddy bear, a little bitty teddy bear that I found on the bus sitting all by himself. I took him home with me. Because I do a lot of sewing I also have some stuffed animals I use for pincushions. I didn't give names to the pincushion stuff animals because I feel guilty sticking pins in them.
