I have been on my own since I've been 16 when my mom kind of hit me up to take care of her. It was pretty much a scam. She ended up taking my car, my money and my animals, just left me. I haven't heard from her since June of last year. I came out here July 27, 4:20 AM. I’ve only been here for year. I came out here to skateboard, so far I found a job to make money so I could survive. So far so good.
It's open my eyes more than anything. I can't really trust anyone, especially family. Everyone says you should but they can also be your enemy. Like my mom, I thought she would be there for me, she abandoned me. The only person I still trust is my father he's the only one that has actually been there for me no matter what.
My dad influenced me and raise me the right way and kind of opened my eyes for bigger and better things. I feel motivated every day. I'm here in California and I smile. I watch the sunset every night that's amazing you know. I live five minutes from the beach. It doesn't get any better than this.
I had a teddy bear like the one off of the dryer sheet, the Snuggle guy, Snuggle the bear. It made me make sure I always did my laundry. I’m always making sure my clothes are clean. I have to take a couple showers a day to make sure that I am clean. I brush my teeth 3 or 4 times a day. I have to make sure that I am a clean person. If you walk up to me and I don’t smell good you’re going to walk away.
