We are all storytellers, even if the yarns we are spinning never leave our own heads. We are only as happy, effective or fulfilled as the stories we adopt as our own--the versions of truth we accept about who we are and how we are doing. The extremely good news is that our stories are not fixed. It turns out they are exchangeable at best, malleable and flexible at the very least. If you don't like your life, you can check out your storytelling and upgrade. This is the great potential of being human.
