Saw the Physical Therapist for my injured fingers, 1 broken & lots of crushing damage, 2 with moderate crushing damage. First round of PT is pressure point work to break up scar tissue and stretching exercises to work the muscles and free the tendons. After only 2 days, my hand is aching from the work. But its a "good" ache.
Then tonight at ConVolution I took a dance class (Burlesque for Every Body) and now I have muscles I didn't even know I had aching.
