It's October! Now I can freely talk about my "ghosts" stories and people might actually want to hear it. Here's the latest.
Over my home office desk, I have a shelf full of nerd shit -- including this Renji gashapon figure from BLEACH. A week or so ago, while I was in my bedroom I heard something fall in my office. When I checked, this Renji figure was on the floor. Strange, it's been sitting on the same spot for months with no issues and unless someone was physically shaking the shelf, it wouldn't fall. . . but oh well, I picked it up, set it on its stand again and placed it back on the shelf. I made sure there was no way it was going to fall over again.
Two minutes later, I heard the same noise and when I checked, this toy was once again on the floor.
I thought to myself... well, all right, if that's how it's going to be I'll figure this out later. I picked up the toy, didn't piece it back onto its stand and placed it back on the shelf. This time, Renji was laying down on his back, separated from his stand, etc.
I forgot about him until last night. While we were recording the Defective Geeks podcast for this week, I looked up from the desk and there he was. . . back on his stand, standing up right like nothing had happened. My mind is a bit moldy but I know for a fact that I never fixed him after his last fall.
I haven't had something unexplained happened to me in awhile, this is a pretty mild story compared to my previous experiences. I'm a walking Paranormal Activity.
