We raise Scottish Highland cattle exclusively on pasture (100% grass fed) and Heritage pigs (Berkshire, Mulefoot, Tamworth) on both pasture and woodlands (organic feed; soy-free, gmo-free). We also maintain honey bees for pollination, honey, and beeswax and make maple syrup from our maple stand.
