The lovelost (@thelovelost)
The lovelost is an dreampop indie band based in Phoenix, Arizona, created by Ixchel del Castillo and Frank Ippolito. They set out to create a lush album of songs about love, struggle and redemption.
The album, "Foreign", has been met with public and critical acclaim, and features songs in both English and Spanish, this is due to the fact that del Castillo is a native of Mexico, hailing from Mexico City.
The lovelost infuse multiple instruments into their music such as ukulele, guitalele, trumpet, accordion, and a old school Hammond organ that they found languishing in the back of the recording studio.
Currently The lovelost is playing gigs in and around
