I pretty much wiped out michael's bristol paper stock today in a frenzy. I like the vellum-texture 100# bristol for my prints and I had a coupon for half off everything. I went to town on that paper section. They're denuded for bristol right now. All my fault.
I'm finally starting to make prints and hand-coloring them again. Mostly I let the print on demand site handle it, but once in a while I get a wild hair and I make print to paint over. I don't know what to call them besides "handpainted prints"; they're not monotypes exactly and they're not originals and yet they have enough new content that they're not just prints anymore.
I also finished a pair of 6ga ear weights. And took better photos of the regular-sized stick weights. and made prints of...a lot. one is attached in case you're curious.
tomorrow is all about the post office, fiddling with skeletal remains for that art show, and drawing for my upcoming travel time to Roseburg High Priestess and @laughing_buddha_seattle. I've got a lot of art to put together right now.
