The uprooted tree is now a man. Who dug it up? And why? The man will use his brand-new legs to look for answers and find out along the way if there is another place on Earth to be a tree again.

The focal point of my photography is the unseen, the ephemeral, and the emergence of world under the mysterious and ever-changing sky.
My influences are multiple spanning from painting and sculpture, via philosophy - mainly the hermeneutics of thinkers like Heidegger, Vattimo, Gadamer, Arendt and more - to photographers as different as Eikoh Hosoe, Shomei Tomatsu, Shoji Ueda, Daido Moriyama, Masahisa Fukase, Kikuji Kawada, and Ikko to Magnum photographers.
