This collection titled "Oblivion" by Sarah Evelyn, showcases a bright saturated color pallete. She plays with the symbolism of eyes and their apparent ability to not be able to truly "see." This theme was inspiried by people's tendency of being oblivious to their surroundings. The eyes depicted in the pieces are either closed or painted to look transparent-like; this is done inorder to convey the idea that society as a whole fails to see the complete truth at times.
