Born Bryan Williams, H.NIC (Ben Official) grew up in the L.V.G area. Early on around the 4th grade he started writing and recording songs with a childhood friend who's brother was invovled in a deal with an old Memphis group called SMK. Later he moved to the BHZ(Black Haven Zone) area of Memphis. At that point the bond of Blowed Back Records was created. H.NIC (Ben Official) grew up in the hood he was then knowned as BAR-NONE sometimes still refered to as such. The name came from his cut throat type of ways.
