Just picked up this beautiful book from Pixie Lighthorse. I've been spending a lot of time lately reconnecting with myself, getting back into my yoga practice after a very long hiatus after having Stella (she's 7 now) . I've really been loving listening to Pixies podcast and her guided meditations, as I've been trying to get in the habit of daily meditation . It's an important time we are living in and until we can reconnect with ourselves, we can't possibly connect with others, our earth, or the creatures around us . I'm working on showing gratitude daily to myself, others and Mother Earth. What is your go to to connect with yourself and your surrounding????
