When I first started creating sculpture I observed it was regular working class folks who seemed drawn to my work—everyday blue- and white-collar workers, taxi cab drivers, cops, musicians, even prostitutes and pimps. So I started installing my sculptures in public spaces—first in places like banks and mall lobbies—eventually receiving permanent commissioned street installations.
