The St. Helen's Building, 1 Undershaft, City of London. (Architects Gollins Melvin Ward Partnership 1969)
This building, which stands next to the Leadenhall (Cheesegrater) building, is due to be demolished. Planning permission has just been granted for the new No.1 Undershaft, (already nicknamed "The Trellis") which will be the tallest building in The City of London. (though not the tallest in London. That will still be The Shard)
