November is Harvest time so this month’s theme is Delishious Gothic.
We have an original story “A Southern Gothic Funeral” by TrolleyTrollop who tells us just what to, and not to do, when you pay your respects to the departed on that final ride. Of course, there’s biscuits involved, southern style. We correspond with Cutea Benelli of Grim Bros. and learn about where she gets her inspiration. The Ghost of Liza Veliz writes answering the question: “What do ghosts eat?”
Art by https://ello.co/anderiansugarplum, poetry by Tara De Vries, “Sugar Skulls in Dia de los Muertos” by Sophie Sugar Skull. AnnabeleLee Dreadlow from the Elder Goth Macabre gives us some great decorating tips on how to use Halloween Decorations into November and Thanksgiving.
“Clarie Obscured” part 2 is a vampire story illustrated in SL, by Christiana Xevion, who also co-created the cover with Darzian Silverfall for this month’s issue. Be sure to grab the Alternate cover in the centerfold of the magazine, it’s a cool surprise.
“Straying the Path” is a Ghost story by K.M. Ridley that didn’t make it into October’s issue so it was included here.
We also have word from Innsmouth on the interesting dishes.
Gifts in this issue are a gingerdead necklace by Ghost Story Apparel, a new shop for original dark gothic clothing. Be sure to click the ad on the inside cover for your gift!
We also have a gift from Eclat – an exclusive gothic crown you can get while visiting the Eclat store and wearing the slGoth in-world group tag.
#Sludding is a new thing, a made up word to describe that activity of standing in one spot while wearing multiple applier and texture HUDS tyring to get dressed. We have 4 clubs that have volunteered to create dressing rooms, powder rooms, or have a relaxed rezzing rule for small objects. Goth Coffee has a story “Ramen” by Marshmallow.
Updated Club and Movie listings are included.
