Trying to aim for a #nonzeroday today with slow juicing. Super hard because at times I get really hungry, and with midterms rolling around it's tempting to give in to food temporarily while I finish up my studying, but I have faith that i can stick to it.
In general, I have also been working on eating normally/getting rid of the negative connotation I have with food. Successful so far. I don't feel as guilty giving into a piece of chocolate, for example.
