Here are some typefaces I found in the wild over Spring Break
The first one is from my laptop keyboard, which is a simple italicized sans serif. It's neutral and simple but familiar at this point.
The second is from a car magnet I have. It's a font that mocks the old style digital clock, called DS-Digital. I like it mainly from the personal interest I have, since I use it on things in my personal designs.
The third is from a Life Water bottle, which is something I had not had until recently. The way the font is laid out in the box is simple and symmetrically pleasing to the eye.
The fourth is from a ramen cup that was in my cabinet at home. It doesn't seem to really relate to the cup aside from how it could maybe be considered reminiscent of a noodle, but it's a subtle fun font.
The last one is from a business card-sized advertisement for a Scholarship Hall event that I still have up on my cork board. With the patterned border and the font, it gives a sense to what feeling the event would be trying to convey.
