Here is a cast of vibrant characters who took Paris by storm a year ago with Italian cuisine as their weapon of choice.
From the other side of the Alps they imported the accent .. and the cheeky sense of humor: "Salvatore is the only one who works in this kitcehn... we're just moral support!"
They immediately felt at home with the long Parisian morning break which they adopted.
When the ultimate question of "Paris or Italy?" comes, they refuse to answer. Latin stoicism.
And yet, I can read their minds in between the lines of their smile.
