Grilled cheesin': pastrami, fried onions/garlic, Brie, and basil pesto. It
takes a lot of preparation time (frying the onions and garlic in
advance), but the result is pure flavour. Crunchy on the outside and
soft and gooey-cheesy on the inside. I think next time I'll use chicken.
And there will be a next time. Mmm.
