You think you're really cool.. but my homemade matcha green tea ice cream is cooler than you.
Heat 500 ml double cream, 100 gr sugar, 20 gr matcha powder with few pinches of salt in a pan until warm enough and well mixed.
Chill in the fridge for couple hours.
Stir in the freeze bowl for 20 minutes.
Freeze the ice cream for couple hours.
Serve. With a shot of vodka for a happier time.
