Today's stuff from (not-my-apprentice-anymore--she-just-wouldn't-leave) Jessica. 3 or 4 years ago she asked if I would teach her how to make swans (my avatar). I did, and I've since passed on everything I could think of. She has a delicate touch and learns like a sponge. The second time she does it, it's better than I did. She's a full on pastry chef and damn good at all of it. That journey has been nothing but a joy for me
