I've been cooking all my life and I learn something new everyday (I forget stuff too).
Got some more wonderful Bok Choy and steamed it with carrots and a knob of ginger. I'd never tried those two veggies together before and it's a lovely flavor combination. The carrots take some of the bitter out of the bok choy, and the bok choy lifts the carrots into the light. A substantial lump of butter with a little lemon in the reduced cooking water for a sauce and that was it.
