so yesterday i tried to eat less unhealthy foods (to make up the calories i ate more vegetables and protein) and do some light exercise, but i woke up this morning feeling/looking like i actually lost weight around my stomach like there used to be a lil bulge but now it's completely flat
which is bad... because i'm already skinny enough that my doctor is convinced i have an eating disorder... which i dont (i literally eat everything in sight and just don't gain any weight)
like, if i don't cut back on sweets and unhealthy foods then i run the risk of type 2 diabetes and gaining a lot of weight quicky when my metabolism fails
and if i do cut back, i look even skinnier than i already do and that doesn't feel good
same thing w/ exercise. my body is so weird.
