just wow. You know like you don't get a song 'til you see the video right? maybe you don't know and that's just me but anyhow, a few days ago i skipped this song after the first few seconds thinking "that's annoying". But then on seeing those two kids dance to it the tune fell in to place in the same way i remember finally 'getting' calculus felt when i was a kid.
But the video's so cool and heavy with possible deep interpretations. Though i don't know if anything specific was meant i.e. if it has an intended message. Perhaps having the two young people jumping out of their coffins full of life and joy dancing like maniacs contrasted against the old people mourning the death of those same kids all morose and still, perhaps that one simple and striking visual concept is enough and there's no need to read anything deeper into it.
Beatrice Eli - Moment of Clarity: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sHcxEiNNBHE Cool song and cool vid but also a rare thing or at least something difficult to google: a genuine expression of lesbian sexuality as opposed some pantomime intended only to titillate heterosexual blokes.
