Also today I gave a bit of thought to some dietary advice i was given and then began to think a bit more generally about the topic. About supplements: vitamin pills, protein powders and all the rest. I need food. I need protein. Protein powder isn't a very good food nor are vitamin pills and the like. The right food however does have all the vitamins minerals and so on i need. So the right food is the best of both world's. Supplements and such like are a waste of money.
Also fruit. I was thinking about fruit. And raw food in general. Cooking is boring, it's effort and it's time consuming. Raw on the other hand couldn't be more convenient. And lately i've been thinking that cooked food perhaps isn't the most efficient means of getting what your body needs. Because lately when i'm eating the stuff it just feels like a lot of what was in the raw ingredients has been burnt and battered out of it, it feels kind broken and used already partially chewed even. I feel another lunge towards the raw coming on.
