Beer Diary: Priscilla White Wit Wheat (Oskar Blues Grill & Brew)
This is one of those brews that would be great to transition people over to the world of craft beer. It's mild, entirely inoffensive, and with lots of "drinkability," but still manages has a few noticeable flavors. The orange zest isn't too hoppy, the wheat isn't too malty, and there's even a little dab of white pepper in there; nothing to upset the blossoming palate of the macro-brewery drinker. I would drink this again and may even buy it again, pounding a few of these on a hot summer day would be a delight.
