Beer Diary: Revolver Blood And Honey (Revolver Brewing)
An interesting little brew here; starts off with orange and wheat notes, which gives way to honey, and finishes on citrus zest and spices. The 7% abv certainly sneaks up on you nicely. My only complaint is that sometimes there's a bit of quinine bitterness that lingers on the palate and in the esophagus, which might be due to this particular bottle of Blood & Honey being a bit past it's prime. Aside from that, it's a solid, tasty beer.
