Beer Diary: Einbecker Brauherren Alkoholfrei (Einbecker Brauhaus AG)
I'm halfway thru a sobertober (30 days without alcohol), but I genuinely lurv the taste of beer, so I decided to snag some non-alcoholic brews. Starts out with mild, generic malts; there's some slight sweetness and a little hint of bread. The body is dry and fairly crisp. Unfortunately, there's a bit of skunky sourness on the finish, which I attribute to them using green bottles and this probably having sat on the shelf for a while (rather than it being poorly brewed). At $10 a sixer, I'd make sure this wasn't more than a month or two past the 'born-on' date if I was going to buy it again.
