My work borrows insights from the current cultural cataclysm, metaphysical teachings or sometimes just the banality of existence. It can be utterly ludicrous or acerbic to some. Its Influenced by both traditional insights and modern dialogues.
Ever since I was a child I have been fascinated by the drama of life torn between yoni and the Linga. It started out as a thirst for knowledge that soon became a cacophony of desire to express through art.
I am a product of both the east and the west a true citizen of the world. Born near the India-Bhutan border, grew up in Kolkata, post graduated in Delhi and currently living and working in Germany.

I was trained in the ECAM (School of Cinematography and Audiovisual of the Community of Madrid) in animation films, and in other academic centers on digital image applied to graphic design and post-production of advertising, as well as to other artistic disciplines.
As an audiovisual artist I can stand out for my versatility and dynamics in visual creation, I make the image, color and movement acquire a high aesthetic and expressive level.
I have participated in numerous shows and concerts in collaboration with important musical artists as well as in different cultural events, giving workshops and presentations.

Zacaffeine is best known for her expressive oil paintings of boats and urban landscapes in abstract forms that capture feelings of the environment. Her work is not as much about the boats, but what the surrounding landscape is trying to communicate to the viewer. The boats are as figures captured by the artist in gestures with the environment capturing the place and mood. Companionship, isolation, anger and serenity are common themes in her work. The artist’s personal technique with oil uses only palette knives and various other tools, but no brushes. Largely influenced by artist Kim Cogan and teacher/mentor Mark Kang O’Higgins from Gage Academy in Seatt

I am a multidisciplinary artist working with fantastical, surrealist and psychedelic concepts. I adore the use of narratives within my work. My inspiration when starting a piece often arises from a desire for pretending and story telling. The stories I create are based on my personal journeys of survival on Earth but the imagery and colours are out of this world. My works frequently play with the ideas of adulthood vs childhood and the travels in-between and back and forth. I use the unpredictable tales that life throws at you for an overwhelming inspirational tool.
